Great contractor. He has a crew who knows how to work and performs great work. No surprises. Great communicator and is willing to accept challenges. Cody and his crew did what they said they would do. After he and his crew finished one project, I scored and got a couple of them to take on another challenging project. They didn't bring dogs to the job site and turn it into doggie daycare, on my dime. They kept a really clean job site at the end of each day. I'm likely going to lessen his availability to me after posting this review, but he's good and deserves a good review.

Our 17-year old rear deck partially collapsed after pressure-washing our house in preparation for re-staining. An exterminator determined that this was ultimately the result of an infestation of carpenter ants. Dennison Construction was highly recommended by a deck finishing company because of the significant structural damage. I rang Cody and he came by with a small crew to have a look at the situation. We agreed that the best course of action was a complete deck replacement. The price quoted was on the high side but not unreasonable. His crew removed the old deck (which was in even worse shape than it initially appeared) and installed a new deck in two working days. On a later third day the crew installed a railing that the old deck did not have. The crew then cleaned up all of the construction debris, removed all of their tools, and restored the surrounding lawn area to its pristine original condition. My wife and I are exceptionally pleased with the final result, and would recommend Dennison Construction without reservation.

Cody is an excellent framer. He shows up on time and works hard. He is quick and very detailed. He and his crew framed my shop in only a few days. He is reasonable on price and I was very happy with his work. I will be using him on other projects. Good attitude, hard worker, detailed I definitely recommend him for any framing projects.

Cody did an amazing job on my siding. He is so patient and my house is beautiful! And the job wasn't easy; I had pre-painted hardiboard lap siding. He fit the siding neatly around my outdoor vents and does fine work. Stellar quality! I recommend them.
